WITH TIME is a Los Angeles painting studio devoted to color, craftsmanship, and the experience of space.

The studio collaborates with homeowners, artists, designers, architects, and clients in hospitality and retail to develop color palettes, understand how light moves through an environment, and bring each project to life with precision and intention. Every space is shaped by its character and the vision behind it.

Founded by artist Tofer Chin, WITH TIME is an extension of an active fine art practice spanning gallery and museum exhibitions, public murals, and large-scale installations in Los Angeles and internationally. Throughout his career, Chin’s murals and site-specific works have been developed in direct response to architecture, natural light, and the intended use of each site. That same approach continues to inform the studio’s work today.

The idea for WITH TIME grew from renovating his own home and building his art studio. Those experiences revealed that paint is often treated as the final step of a project rather than an essential part of its design, one that deserves the same level of thought and craftsmanship as every other material and finish.
